Overview / Description
The Change Password option under User menu allows you to change your account password.
Change Password
If you are a Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) user, do not change your password via eMite user interface, as Single Sign On is automatically configured with Genesys Cloud.
Please contact your Genesys Cloud Administrator in regard to any eMite access issues.
If you are accessing eMite directly via web browser, do the following steps:
1. Click on the User menu, then select Change Password.
The Change Password window will display.
2. Input your Old Password, New Password, then input again your new password in Confirm New Password.
3. Click Update.
Once you have successfully changed your password, you will be redirected to the main login page and will be required to login again.
