Tags
Tags may be added for further identification and clarification of the agents. Manage your tags to view, edit and trash any labels, and to create favourite tags for prompt accessiblity.
Each tag will display:
- the name of the tag
- the number of agents that are labelled with this tag
- the date the tag was added
- settings cog icon that allows further editing of the tag
- a star icon to set your tag as a favourite.
Setting the tag as starred displays the tag in the navigation bar. By selecting from the menu it allows the user to display all the agents defined with that tag.
Tags may be added by selecting +Add Tags and entering the name of the new tag. Multiple new tags can be entered by separating with a comma. The list of tags may be sorted by popularity, alphabetically or by the date the tag was created.
Further options are to:
- display the tags generated by either Users and/or Network Scans
- display the total number of tags listed
- reset the starred or favourite tag by selecting Reset Starred.
To add a tag
Tags may be added by configuring from the Tags manager or by editing the agents (using the cog icon) from a predefined search or filter.
- Go to Agents | Tags | Manage.
- Select +Add Tags from the toolbar. The following pop-up dialog is displayed. Type in the tag. If more than one tag entered, they must be comma separated. Click Add.
- The tags are displayed.
