Export agents as CSV

The ability to export the agent information as a .csv file is available by navigating to Agents | Export.  A number of columns are selected by default, and further columns may be selected to tailor your .csv output to your needs.  To export the information on agents:

1. Select the columns to include in csv, they will display in red.  If not required, de-select the entry.  If all columns are required click Select All.
   
2. To include the header row in your file, select Include header row.
   
   
3. Click Download to download the .csv
