MSSQL Destination Ping Successful

Please follow the steps below to check the port:

Please ask the customer to open a powershell/cmd window and use either telnet “IP ADDRESS OF SAM SERVER” DESTINATION PORT e.g. 514 or Test-NetConnection “IP ADDRESS OF DESTINATION” - port DESTINATION PORT e.g. 514
