As the ping was successful, please confirm that the port for SAM is open and available.

Please follow the steps below to check the port:

Please ask the customer to open a powershell/cmd window and use either telnet “IP ADDRESS OF SAM SERVER” 6262 or Test-NetConnection “IP ADDRESS OF SAM SERVER” - port 6262
