Assigning licenses manually

There may be times that you would like to assign licenses to agents manually, instead of using the auto assign feature (Auto assign agents to new license) when you add a new license.

To do this from your menu go to Agents | Unlicensed, and select the cog button on the agent you require to license. You will be presented with that individual agent's license:

Select the +Add button.  A drop down of the license(s), represented by support references is displayed.  Select the license and click Add Now!.

Your agent will then be in the process of being assigned that license.  Check your agent to ensure the license was assigned by checking the top display bar in the agent, for example as shown below:


Note

Any licenses added to Licenses | Add a new license with Auto assign agent to a new license set to unchecked, will require those licenses to be manually assigned.
