Snare Agent Manager v1.5.1 was released on 28th September 2021.

Security Updates

  • OpenSSL upgraded to version 1.1.1l 

Bug Fixes

  • SAM Web UI now launches properly when a license with wrong keyids fails to load. User will be allowed to replace license keys via UI when the keyids and host information changes
  • SAM now appropriately removes agents which have not reported for longer than inactivity delay
  • Allowing SAM Authentication Key length to be within [8, 4096] range
  • Fixed an issue where v5.5.0 agents cannot be discovered through network scan
  • Updated Knowledge Base link that was broken
