Overview

The eMite Premium Application automates the configuration within PureCloud to support the eMite integration. The following items are created automatically in the customer's PureCloud Org:

  • 1 x PureCloud Role - to define access permissions for eMite

  • 3 x PureCloud Groups - to control user access to the eMite dashboards

  • 3 x PureCloud OAuth Clients - to allow eMite to connect to the PureCloud Org for real-time data, historical data and Single-Sign-On (SSO) purposes

All of the above details are then sent automatically to the eMite provisioning team. The eMite instance is then provisioned and integrated with the customer's PureCloud Org, and the first poll of data is initiated.

Note

Provisioning of eMite may take up to 48 hours due to the time it takes to on-board historical data from the PureCloud org – so if the eMite dashboards are not available yet, please check back later!
