Overview

This adapter version introduces the caching feature for AgentEvent to store data, similar to what has been implemented on CTR .

Product Enhancement

• SDES-2904 / ESD-3969 / ESD-4501 / RFE-152 AWS real-time issues - AgentEvent is not showing current agent state without changing one. A caching feature is built for AgentEvent to get its data from the LiteDB file whenever the adapter runs. That upon login to dashboard, AgentEvent should display agent state.
