Overview

A fix was made to display the name for all rows in adherence indexes. This is to avoid users logging missing information in their reports.

Bug Fix

  • Adherence Data Issue - When an exception data has been updated or deleted, adherence indexes should still include all details including the agent name of this existing record.

    • Genesys - There are 24 exceptions for Demo Dave

       

       

    • eMite - On dashboard, there are 37 exceptions for the agent where 24 has IsDeleted = False and 13 has IsDeleted = True. All rows show agent name.

       

 

There would still be instances where rows will have blank Name. When agents are not in group, cache file or group has been deleted. As this is where adherence indexes get the names.
