Release Notes - Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter v2.6.3

Overview

Version 2.6.3 of Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter includes enhancements and bug fixes.

Product Enhancement

• SQL table-based caching mechanism - Enhanced the caching mechanism from in-memory cache to a SQL table-based caching for storing user and group information that is onboarded frequently from Genesys Cloud for data correlation. A new in-memory cache that transient in nature will feed from the SQL table for cached data and faster processing.

Bug Fix

• Fixed a bug that was caused by an edge case in the computation logic of Customer Wait Time that was introduced in a previous version
