Overview

Release 7.0.9.5 includes an enhancement to support a customer who uses Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services.

Bug Fix

  • eMite’s authentication module has now been integrated with One-Way Trust Active Directory Authentication or AD LDS. This enables users to connect to eMite via Active Directory integration, as well as supports multiple Active Directory connections/accounts. An additional security feature in this version is the password encryption in the app pool when configuring the AD LDS. The configuration also includes identifying default user group/s or user group re-assignments for user authentication.
