Release Notes - Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter v2.6.1
Overview
Version 2.6.1 of Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter includes new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
New Product Features
Report to field - A new field “Report to” has been added in Agent and Call Segments indexes that will allow customers to report on the organizational hierarchy when using these indexes. The indexes that have been updated are Agenthistory, AgentPresencehistory, AgentStateHistory, AgentObservations, and CallSegments.
Product Enhancements
Retry mechanism - Enhanced the retry mechanism available in the adapter to include a specific use case that will help the adapter try to onboard data when encountered with a “429: Cloudfront error” which is a Genesys error code. There is a hard limit of a maximum of 10 retries that the adapter would do.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug that was caused by a limit enforced by Genesys on the number of records that can be returned by API when fetching the users. The adapter will now use a different API and loop through the user base using wildcards.
