Overview

Version 2.6 of Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter is a hotfix that resolves a critical bug in WFM module.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed data type issue in AgentSchedules index in relation to fields ShiftStart, ShiftEnd, and Date. These data type of these fields have been modified to be stored as Datetime instead of String.

  • Fixed a bug that was causing fields with Datetime data type in AgentSchedules and AgentScheduleDetails indexes to be stored with a timezone-offset based on timezone assigned in Genesys Cloud to management unit that the agent belongs to. These fields will now hold datetime in UTC.
