Release Notes - Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter v2.3

Overview

Version 2.3 of Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter includes enhancements and bug fixes.

Product Enhancements

• Caching mechanism - Caching mechanism used by Agent Status Module has been enhanced in line with the continuous efforts to improve the data refresh in eMite dashboards based on updates in Genesys Cloud. With this change, data can be onboarded into AgentStatus module in two to three minutes for large number of agents (~15K agents).

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug reported on Agent Module that resulted in not onboarding Inactive Agents list. Inactive Agents will now be part of Agent modules. Change has been done in below indexes:

  • AgentHistory

  • AgentStateHistory

  • AgentPresenceHistory
