Release Notes - Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter v2.2.1

Overview

Version 2.2.1 of Genesys Cloud Historical Adapter fixes bugs identified after the release of version 2.2 of the adapter.

Fixed the error encountered by the adapter when polling data for customers who have not subscribed to Workforce Management (WFM) module of Genesys Cloud. A configuration has been added to enable/disable polling WFM data for every customer. This configuration can be controlled from adapter configuration page. For a particular customer if this configuration is disabled, then managementUnitID and managementUnitName fields (introduced in version 2.2) will be empty in the indexes:
- QueueHistory
- AgentHistory
- CallSegmentHistory / CurrentConversation
Fixed an issue in some indexes where a new field Originating Direction (introduced in version 2.2) was not included as part of a grouping which resulted in incomplete data being persisted in the indexes. The grouping has been rectified to include the new field. The affected indexes are:
- QueueHistory
- WrapUpCodes
- QueueHistoryDNIS
- QueueSkills
- EmailHistory
- AgentHistory
- Anihistory
