Overview

Version 2.2.1 of Amazon Connect Real-time adapter is a hotfix that improved performance during adapter start-up.

Product Enhancements

  • Start/Restart speed-up - Removed extra steps that were in cache loading during adapter start-up, thereby, improving the time taken for adapter to start displaying data after starting/restarting the adapter.

  • Cache look-up logic - Cache look-up logic has been enhanced to save time required to fetch previous AgentEvent details.

  • Resolved parsing errors - Improved AgentEvent processing by resolving parsing errors noticed in logs.
