Overview

Version 2.1.1 of Amazon Connect Historical Adapter is a minor release that includes few enhancements and bug fixes.

Product Enhancements

  • Queues - Enhanced indexes related to queues so that if customer has more than 100 queues, the data fetched is represented accurately in the dashboards. This will work around the limitation that Amazon Connect API has because of which maximum of 100 queues can be queried in a single API call.

  • New QueueObservations fields - Two new fields SLOTS_ACTIVE and SLOTS_AVAILABLE has been added in QueueObservations index.

Bug Fix

  • Bug fixes to resolve issues reported by customers and additional exception handling.
