Release Notes - eMite version 7.0.9

Overview

Release 7.0.9 includes eMite product features and enhancements, bug fixes, and overall performance improvements.

Genesys Cloud Analytics API support - A new version of eMite is now available that supports the recent updates of Genesys Cloud Analytics API, and ensures that eMite continues to receive all the metrics from Genesys Cloud, even with their newer version.
User session termination - The user session on eMite can now be set to terminate automatically when the you log out from the application. This adds another security layer for users by preventing session hijacking. This feature is enabled by default.
Multiple logins - You can control whether to allow or prevent multiple logins (e.g., on multiple tabs or browsers) of the same user. If you decide to prevent multiple logins, then you will automatically be logged out from an existing eMite instance when logging in to a new instance of eMite. “Prevent multiple login” will be enabled by default.

Dimension filter - Dimension filter now supports Day of the Month.
Date picker - Date picker now allows selection of relative dates, like Quarters from now.
File upload - File upload feature for CSV format has been enhanced to allow files with double quotes.
Real-time data - Fetching and display of real-time data in status datablock has become faster now.
Multi-column sort - Multi-column sort is now available on real-time grid.
Date dimension - Date dimension will display all members even when all measures are zero/null for limited sets (e.g. hour, half an hour, quarter, week of year).
