What you Need

The latest Snare Enterprise Agent for Windows, Snare Enterprise Epilog for Windows or Snare Enterprise Agent for MSSQL executable file
The Snare MSI pack, MSI-3.0.zip
The Windows Installer XML (WiX Toolset version 3.11.1) binaries, wix311-binaries.zip, available from http://wixtoolset.org/releases/v3.11.1/stable

Snare products available from the Snare customer portal, SLDM at https://customer.intersectalliance.com.

Minimum Requirements

Administrator-level access to the system.
Windows 2008 (or later) system - required to build the MSI (Note: The resultant MSI package may be run on Windows 2000, WinXP and Windows 2003 for agent installation.)
At least 15 Megabytes of disk space on your system.

Note

Version 3.0 of the MSI accepts the selection of Version 4 and Version 5 Snare Enterprise Agents for Windows. The creation of the MSI will not work with OpenSource Agents.
