Edit Page Menu

The Edit page menu contains all the options for creating and manipulating dashboard pages.

  • Add Content: Provides options for adding new datablocks to the current page.
  • Save Page: Saves the current page.
  • Edit Linking:Provides options for managing the links between datablocks on the current page (see Edit Linking)
  • Delete Page: Deletes the current page. Note: This action cannot be reversed.
  • Duplicate Page: Creates a copy of the current page as a new dashboard page.
  • Reload Page: Reloads the dashboard (undoes unsaved changes).

Add from Page Template

You can save a page as a template, then add datablocks from the page template

Add from Widget Template

You can per-config a datablock save it as a widget template, and upload a widget template image, then add datablock from the widget template.

Add from Other Page

You can choose a datablock from another page to add.

Advanced Feature

As an Admin user there is an option to allow Dashboard Viewers who would by default have Read Only access to pages, to be able to delete them. This is in the settings menu:

This is set in the Dashboard Configuration with the setting: AllowDashboardViewerDeletePage=true

This will give Dashboard Viewer Role users the Unshare Page option.
