Share Page

Overview

This page allows the user to share or unshare the dashboard pages to other users and groups.

The user can share one or more pages with other users.

Pages can be shared with:

  •  A specific user - Shares with the selected user
  • Domain or Group - Shares with all the users in the domain or group

The user can unshare already shared pages. This will remove the pages from the shared user's dashboard. You can unshare a page only if it\s a read-only share or editable share.

Types of Sharing

  • Duplicate Share - Duplicate share enables you to create the same exact copy of the page and share it with other users.  This share is ideal if you don't want the user to edit your original report. Modifications do not reflect in each other's pages.
  • Read-only Share - User can only view the report. There are no options to edit the report.
  • Editable Share - Both users can edit the same page. This share is ideal if you don't want to have different versions of the same page and can manage edits.
