Introduction

First released in the version 6.0.2, it is one of several new features aiming to speed up the creation of dashboards with same visual style. This particular feature will surely seem familiar to you.
Very often, a dashboard will have a visual standard, a set of colors, size, font etc that will be consistent across the pages. Formatting each and every datablock (cube report, status block etc) can be painful if the dashboard has too many of them.
To make this task easier, we've added the Format Painter capability to some of our datablocks.

It's quite straightforward, you will see it in below sections.

Prerequisite

Using Format Painter

  1. Build a Cube Report

     2. Style the Cube Report as per your requirements

  3.Build other Cube Report

4.Click on the Format Painter icon from first Cube Report

5.Click again on the Cube Report to be styled in header area based on first Cube Report

           2. Multiple Cube Reports or Status Block can be styled in one go by clicking on them in Step 5
