Logging In

There are 2 login options in eMite: via Genesys Cloud app and via web browser.

Login via Genesys Cloud app (for Customers)

1. Launch Genesys Cloud app.

Menus

  • Contain various control options depending on your account type

    • When you are logged in as a dashboard Viewer, Manage and User Account menus contain limited options.

    • When you are logged in as a dashboard Administrator or Creator, Edit Page, Manage, and User Account menus contain full set of options.

Content section

The Content section displays the datablocks of the current/selected dashboard page.

Page

Page is a single dashboard view in the eMite interface.

Add/Create a New Page

1. From Dashboard Pages/Pages Tab, click the + sign.

The created page will be listed on the Pages tab. It also displays the set datablock.

Rename a Page

1. Double-click on the page from the Pages tab. A text cursor will display, indicating that the page name can now be updated.

2. Enter the new name for your page, then press Enter. In this example, Getting Started page is the new page name.

Datablock

Datablock is the building blocks of an eMite page. Its two main purposes are to control data, and to present/visualize data on a page.

Add a Datablock to the Page

1. Select the page where you want to add a datablock. In this example, Getting Started page is selected.
