- Unlicensed - displays agents that have a license status of not licensed
- Legacy - displays legacy agents (before version 5.0) and OpenSource agents
- Communication Issue displaying the unreachable agents that SAM cannot communicate with. Unreachable agents include agents where the service on that agent is stopped, the agent's Snare Agent Manager IP is changed, or the agent's Snare Agent Manager Authentication Key is different to the configuration in SAM. It may take ten minutes for an agent to become unreachable.
- Failed Upgrade displays the agents that failed any upgrade via the centralized upgrade feature.
