Both ' eMite Cloud ' options require a 'local ‘local agent' to be installed On-Prem, acting as a gateway to securely onboard data from the PureConnect solution into eMite’s cloud. Any integration with PureConnect Cloud requires the CIC database to be hosted On-Prem at the eMite cloudcustomer site. eMite cannot connect to a CIC database hosted within the Genesys PureConnect data center.
