Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) Analytics for PureConnect is offered in multiple architectures:

  1. PureConnect On-Prem (with eMite Cloud)

  2. PureConnect Cloud (with eMite Cloud)

  3. PureConnect On-Prem (with eMite On-Prem)

Both 'eMite Cloud' options require a 'local agent' to be installed On-Prem, acting as a gateway to securely onboard data from the PureConnect solution into the eMite cloud.
