Upon installation of the Snare agent, the web UI launch menu is then available from Programs | Intersect Alliance | Epilog for Windows. Alternatively web UI may be accessed via a web browser from the local machine by visiting the URL https://localhost:6162/.

Troubleshooting Web UI

The web UI is turned off by default, but available to be selected during the installation via Enable Web Access checkbox. If you did not set this option, then you may reinstall or update the registry setting Remote | Allow to 1.

If you previously configured a password during installation, you will need this to log in. The username is snare. To update the password at any time go to the Access Configuration page and update the password. It is recommended you use a strong complex password of at least 12 characters.
