Overview / Description

The Settings option under User menu allows you to update different dashboard settings like theme, play interval, timezones, and others.

Settings

Click on the User menu, then select Settings.

The Settings window will display.

Theme

This option enables you to set the theme for all dashboards.

Play

The Play function allows you to automatically cycle through multiple dashboards at a user-definable rate. This is especially useful for video walls and VDUs within the contact center. This not only highlights key information to everyone, but also enables busy contact centers to maximize the amount of information provided in a single panel.

  1. Tick the Enable Play checkbox.

  2. Enter your preferred Play Interval in seconds.

  3. Click the Play button. Your dashboards will cycle automatically at the defined interval.

  4. Click Ok.

This function is designed for use with a dedicated wallboard account

Header Color

The Header Color function enables you to change the dashboard header color.

  • Global Header Color - Header will be changed for all the users. This option will be only available for Dashboard Admins. 

  • User Header Color - Header will be changed for that user only. This option will be available for all users. 

TimeZone

The TimeZone function allows you to set timezone and date format.

TimeZone

The dates stored across the eMite system are assumed as UTC date. The clients across the globe can view the data in their local timezone on the dashboard.

If none is selected, the browser's timezone will be used by default.

Date Format

Changing this option enables you to change the date format in the drillthrough datablock that works best for you.

Advanced

Broadcast My Page

  • Shares all the available pages to all users in the user's same domain

  • All users will get View-only access on all the pages. 

  • Advantage - All the pages will be shared automatically, and the user does not need to share the page individually. A new user added to the user domain will automatically get View access to all the pages. 

Open Page in New Window

  • Clicking on the page inside a page group will open the page in a new browser tab.

Enable Impersonated User

  • Allows you to see the dashboard of other users who are in the same user domain.

Remember Last Visited Page

  • Takes you to the same page that you last visited after logging in again. 

Global Setting

  • Available for Dashboard Admin

  • Applies to all the users

  • No labels
