Overview

Version 7.1.0.2 (build 1133) includes a critical bug fix and a new feature.

New Product Feature

  • AD LDS authentication - eMite now supports authentication via Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (AD LDS). AD LDS uses One-way Trust authentication and eMite can authenticate using this service in addition to the existing support for Active Directory Directory Services(AD DS).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that was leading to the eMite datablocks not showing the most recent 1 hour’s data, if a date picker datablock was used to filter the data using keyword like TODAY. The other date filters that were impacted are:

    • TODAY

    • ONEWEEK

    • LAST30DAYS

    • LAST45DAYS

    • LAST90DAYS

    • ONEMONTH

    • MTD (MONTH TO DATE)

    • 13WEEKS (LAST 13 WEEKS)

    • YTD (YEAR TO DATE)

  • Fixed a bug which caused errors to occur when capturing images for the Report Scheduler

  • Fixed a bug where sections of the eMite UI became invisible when scrolling within the Genesys Cloud UI

  • Fixed an issue with zooming in and out when eMite is embedded within the Genesys Cloud UI
