Show Page URL (Manage Menu)
Overview / Description
The Show Page URL option under Manage Menu provides you a dynamic URL of each page.
The page URL can be used to share only a specific dashboard with a remote user. This can also be used in PureCloud’s sidebar options.
Show Page URL
1. Select the page you want to show and get the page URL. In this example, Training Demo page is selected.
2. Click on the Manage menu, then select Show Page URL.
The Page URL window will display.
3. Click Copy.
You will now be able to open/launch the page in another window.
4. Add a new tab in your browser.
5. Paste the copied page URL, then press Enter.
The page is now viewed separately from the dashboard.
The pages tab is no longer displayed, and the tab name also corresponds to the page name, in this example Training Demo.
Refresh Rate
Refresh Rate allows you to set a parameter on the frequency of refreshing the page.
In the URL tab, add a value next to “refreshrate=”.
In this example, the parameter set for the refresh rate is 60. This will refresh the page after every 60 seconds.
Has Menu
Has Menu provides you the option to hide the page menu.
In the URL tab, add “&hasmenu=false”.
The menu is no longer displayed on the page.
