MSSQL Populate the SAM server details

Advise the customer to log into the agent and navigate to the “Access Configuration” Menu

Advise the user to populate the below fields:

Snare Agent Manager IP = IP of the SAM server

Snare Agent Manager Port = 6262

 

Snare Agent Manager Authentication key =

Ask the customer to navigate to SAM, click the settings menu then select general.

Ask the user to click on the eye symbol show above to view the key, then ask them to copy this key.

Once the is copied, please ask the customer to log into the effected agent and navigate to the access menu

Then paste the copied auth key into the Snare Agent Manager Authentication Key box:

 

Once done, click the Change Configuration button and restart the agent.
