The following sizing is provided as a guide only. Actual system requirements may differ depending on the deployment environment, operational or other unforeseen requirements.

When deploying a large number of agents within a relatively short window of time, this will result in high CPU utilization for a period of time regardless of machine size. The duration of this period is dictated by the amount of agents being deployed in that window. It is recommended to stagger the deployment or updates of agents in order to ensure a high standard of service.

It is strongly recommended to also extend the polling frequency out to be more infrequent as this will reduce the overall load on the SAM. Refer to the user guide for further information.
