Overview

Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) Analytics for PureConnect is offered in multiple architectures:

  1. PureConnect On-Prem (with eMite Cloud)

  2. PureConnect Cloud (with eMite Cloud)

  3. PureConnect On-Prem (with eMite On-Prem)

Both eMite Cloud options require a “local agent” to be installed On-Prem, acting as a gateway to securely onboard data from the PureConnect solution into eMite’s cloud. Any integration with PureConnect Cloud requires the CIC database to be hosted On-Prem at the customer site. eMite cannot connect to a CIC database hosted within the Genesys PureConnect data center.
