The Manage Report

option under Manage menu allows you to:

  • Copy report

  • Rename report

  • Move reports from one reportset to another

  • Delete report

  • Rename reportset

  • Remove reportset

Reports are saved whenever you configure a Cube Report cube report datablock. Even if the Cube Report cube report datablock is deleted, the report still remains available, allowing its results to be used in other datablocks, like  Status Gauge. The report essentially saves the cube report configuration to be used elsewhere. The Manage Report page provides the following functionality:

Copy Report

1. Click on the Manage menu, then select Manage Report.

Rename a Report

1. Click on the Manage menu, then select Manage Report.

2. Select the report you want to rename. In this example, %Answered by Queue Copy 2021-10-19 18:55:42 report is selected.

The ReportSet Name window will display.

4. Input the new report name. In this example, %Answered by Queue - TrainingDemo is the new report name.

5. Click Ok.

Once the change has been saved, the report will be renamed, and a success message will display on the top right corner of the screen.

Move a Report

1. Click on the Manage menu, then select Manage Report.

The Report Management window will display.

2. Select the report you want to move. In this example, %Answered by Queue - TrainingDemo will be moved.

Tip:  you can use the keyboard (up and down key, Page Up and Page Down key)  to quickly scroll the page up and down. But you will NOT be able to use the keyboard to move the reports.

Delete Single/Multiple Reports

  1. Select the report or reports you want to delete
  2. Click on 'Delete' button and it prompts you to confirm the action
  3. Click on 'Ok' to confirm the deletion

Rename Reportsets

Delete a Report

Rename a ReportSet

Remove Reportset

You can remove the reportset only if the reportset is blank. 

  1. Select the report or reports you want to delete
  2. Click on 'Delete' button and it prompts you to confirm the action
  3. Click on 'Ok' to confirm the deletion

Delete a Reportset

You can only remove a reportset if it is blank. 

1. Click on the Manage menu, then select Manage Report.

2. Select the reportset you want to delete. In this example, User3’s Report Set will be deleted.

3. Click Delete.
